Terms of service
Last updated: 4 October 2026
1. Who we are
High Fives is a service of e-campaigne.me, Van Everdingenstraat 22, 5643 VB Eindhoven, the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 99381435 ("we", "us"). These terms apply to every order of and every use of High Fives by an organisation ("you"). By ordering a plan you accept these terms. If you order on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may do so.
High Fives is meant for organisations: companies, teams, clubs and other groups. If you order as a consumer, the rights consumer law gives you stay in full force; nothing in these terms limits them.
2. The service
High Fives gives your organisation a live team challenge board on its own address (for example yourcompany.highfives.team). You choose the challenge type, teams, colours, logo and an optional reward; your colleagues join with the access code and log their contributions; the board shows the standings live. The board works in a web browser; there is nothing to install.
3. Your board, access code and admin PIN
- After payment you receive your board's address, an access code and an admin PIN, on screen and by email.
- The access code is for your participants: anyone who has it can open the board and join. Share it only with the people you want on the board.
- The admin PIN opens the board's settings. Keep it to yourself. You are responsible for what happens with your access code and PIN.
- Lost them? Contact us from the email address used for the order and we'll help, after checking it's you.
4. Plans, prices and payment
- Challenge Pass: one payment for 8 weeks of access to one board. It does not renew.
- Monthly and Yearly subscriptions: renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.
- All prices include VAT. Current prices are shown on our pricing page.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. You receive an invoice for every payment.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time in your board, under Challenge settings → Your plan. The board then keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, unless the law requires it.
- We may change our prices. For a running subscription, a new price only applies from the next period, and we tell you at least 30 days in advance, so you can cancel before it applies.
5. When your plan ends
When your paid period ends, your board stays readable for 30 more days: the final standings remain visible, but nothing can be added or changed. During those 30 days you can renew and simply continue. After that, the board and everything on it are deleted permanently. Our backups are deleted on their own schedule, as described in our privacy policy.
6. Fair use
You and your participants may not use High Fives to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, or post content that is offensive, discriminatory or misleading;
- store sensitive personal data, such as medical information, beyond what a challenge needs (for example a step count);
- try to get access to other boards or our systems, overload the service, or get around its limits;
- resell the service or give access to people outside your organisation and its intended participants without our permission.
If a board is used against these rules, we may suspend it. Where we can, we contact you first.
7. Your content and your participants
Everything on your board (names, teams, scores, texts, your logo) stays yours. You give us permission to store and show it only to run the service for you. You are responsible for the content on your board and for informing your participants about the challenge.
For the personal data of your participants, your organisation is the controller and we are the processor: we process it only to run your board. Our privacy policy explains what we do with it. Our data processing agreement is part of these terms and applies automatically.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We do our best to keep High Fives available and working well, but we can't promise that it will always be available without interruption or errors. Maintenance and updates can cause short interruptions. We keep improving High Fives and may change features, as long as the core of what you paid for stays available during your paid period.
9. Liability
Our total liability towards you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or lost data. These limits do not apply if the damage is caused by our intent or gross negligence.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We announce important changes at least 30 days in advance by email to the address used for your order. The new terms apply from your next period; if you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
12. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms and to the use of High Fives. Disputes go to the competent court in the district of Oost-Brabant (which covers Eindhoven), unless the law says otherwise. We'd always rather solve a problem together first: email us at info@highfives.team.
